…can set one’s life to moving at what seems like the speed of light! The decision I recently made to sell my home of 21 years was yet another conscious decision in a series of decisions for redesigning my life. I had definitely amassed power behind this decision too because the house sold in a record 3 days! Now I’m literally hanging on because there are so many other changes happening due to this BIG ONE.
Of course other factors were key such as the fact that it’s a great house in a beautiful area and was well priced by a very good real estate agent. However, we all know the housing market is far from “hot” these days. It was “my internal timing” that was hot, so to speak, and I had pre-paved the way with the intention that all would go smoothly. And so it will continue to do!
Where are you with the process of taking an active role in designing your life? Is there a small decision you could make today to put you one step closer to making that big decision tomorrow? How much longer are you going to wait? Are you so used to the discomfort of where you are today that you can’t imagine being able to change your situation?
It’s call paralysis! Go ahead and make even a small decision today toward the BIG ONE you have been dreaming of. Break the log jam of indecision. Change is empowering and making one conscious decision today can set a whole series of desired changes into motion!
Go ahead. Do it with confidence and your world will most definitely not fall apart…just remember to keep breathing!

A wonderful “daily” mentor and source of inspiration to our entrepreneurial community just used this phrase in our morning “Wake-Up Call” and the far-reaching power of that phrase hit me right between my eyes at the perfect moment!
I’ve been absent from this blog physically (but not mentally) and heavily into the “art of receiving” large changes in my life. ” Whoa, hang on Nellie!” One of the largest of those changes is selling my home of 21 years and packing up with no idea of where I am going to land. Yikes!
This change is going to be fantastic and I’ve longed for this precise moment for nearly 10 years. Never-the-less, I went into shock after placing the call to the real estate agent. I wondered how could I whole-heartedly open my arms wide to receive and embrace this change in front of me? I was scared to death!
Do you have an opportunity sitting in front of you right now that you are hesitating to receive and invest in? Is there the chance for a new relationship ripe for investing in? Or, perhaps a new job opportunity you’ve been considering?
How often do we shut ourselves off from “receiving” these opportunities that are right in front of us? Maybe it’s something as relatively easy as smiling and engaging in conversation with a store clerk, or as hard as leaving one job for another, moving, or….
It is literally our responsibility to receive on a daily, and even a moment to moment basis. This is how we stay vital, keep growing and put ourselves in the way of new prosperity!
So, only 72 hours after deciding to sell my home and literally opening myself to receive this huge opportunity for the change I desire, I am excited beyond belief and am sure it is the perfect thing for me and my daughter. the house is listed and I’m already packing boxes!

Go ahead! You can do it too and deserve the prosperity that desired change can bring into your life. Just keep breathing…in…out…in…out, and all will be more than fine!

Utah bound! In just a few hours I’ll be winging my way out to see my daughter in Utah. I’m so excited to see her and also very grateful for the opportunity to see that part of the world and Zion National Park. Wow! How many of us have seen those spectacular photos of the drama and beauty of those red rocks?! I’m taking my camera…what fun.
I’ve always been a traveler and explorer at heart, so there is a certain high excitement that accompanies the anticipation and getting ready process. The “to-do” list is still looming, but that is the easy part! It’s the “Planes, Trains & Automobiles” (reminds me of that very funny movie) that are the real challenge of getting anywhere. Wonder who I’ll meet on this trip?
So tonight we’ll land in Las Vegas, rent a car, and drive as far as Lake Mead…in the dark…alas! And tomorrow morning will wake up to a gorgeous and very different landscape. Ah…some R&R….! Bis bald…until later.
